The hotel was vibrant with fun cartoon-themed decor that my kids loved, especially the outdoor area. The evening entertainment could have been better organized, and the game room was quite crowded. Not enough staff around to facilitate all activities. Would be nice to see more leisure options for families.

The Cartoon Network Hotel in Smoketown offers vibrant, themed rooms with unique bunk beds, delightful splash pads, and engaging outdoor movie nights by cozy fire pits. My kids loved running around and enjoying the colorful atmosphere, making it a memorable getaway for families seeking excitement and fun!

The location is a win, super close to Dutch Wonderland and the sweet splash pad is a major plus! The staff is friendly and responsive, and the outdoor movie nights were a hit with the kids.

The breakfast hours and options could use a major overhaul.

Great room and awesome kid zone! The pool was fun and the Cartoon Network channel had my kids glued to the screen!

It wasn’t cheap, but for a fun family stay, it’s still worth it.

The themed rooms were a big hit with my kids, especially the bunks with TVs. The indoor pool was overcrowded and not very clean, which was disappointing. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and character meet-and-greets. The arcade had limited options for kids.

The Power Puff Girls themed suite was a delight for our child, filled with fun amenities. The bunkbeds were a hit. the room felt cramped. Temperature control was fine, but noise carried from nearby rooms. The mattress and sheets left something to be desired. Shower cleanliness was lacking; mold was present, which was off-putting. The lack of housekeeping during our stay was surprising. While we enjoyed the vibrant decor, the room didn’t feel fully themed beyond just cartoon imagery. the ambiance was cheerful but needed attention in cleanliness and comfort for adults.

Great location near Dutch Wonderland and a short drive to Hershey Park. The cute theme delighted the kids, and the outdoor splash pad was a hit. Despite this, the cleanliness didn’t match expectations—cobwebs and mildew were noticeable in our room. Breakfast had potential, but misinformation and staff shortages meant selections were often gone. I felt for the overwhelmed employees, especially the helpful front desk staff. A few amenities, like the arcade and pool cleanliness, could use improvement. Fabulously fun for kids, but adults might notice the rough edges.

This motel is right off the highway and just a short drive from fantastic attractions like Dutch Wonderland and the Amish Farm and House, which made it super easy for us to explore everything Lancaster County has to offer; we loved that Caribbean Indoor Water Park was less than 2km away and there were plenty of dining options nearby for family meals, and while the hotel itself is definitely a bit dated and could use some updates in the rooms, the fun environment and friendly staff really made our stay enjoyable.

Great themes, and the bunk beds with individual TVs are nothing short of brilliant. The food at the Cartoon Kitchen was filling and delicious, though prices were steep. The desserts at the cafe were a definite highlight. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. the facilities need attention. The shower floor was not up to par, and noisy neighbors ruined a night’s sleep. The pool’s limited hours were frustrating, and character appearances were too few. Entertainment options lacked variety, and trash bins were overflowing well into the night. This place has immense potential if they bolster staffing and enhance the experience. Better execution could truly elevate everything.

The furniture was worn out, and the bathroom was so dark I couldn't even see the vanity. It made the whole experience feel unwelcoming.

The facilities for kids were amazing, with VR, arcade, play spaces, character meet and greets. The room had a super cute design, and the free kids' checkout goodies were a nice touch. Plus, the location was superb, offering easy access to nearby attractions.

The lighting in the room felt a bit outdated, and I wished for more decor featuring the cartoon characters. The pool had a strong chlorine odor and appeared cloudy, making us skip swimming.

Convenient location near Dutch Wonderland and themed rooms were a hit with my kids. The outdoor pool area was enjoyable when not in use for training sessions.

Our stay was disappointing with blood-stained sheets, non-functional TV, exposed electrical wires, and a lack of clean towels at the pool. The room was dirty, with bugs and a moldy smell, and the food was inedible.

So, we recently stayed at Cartoon Network and I wanted to share our thoughts. our stay was pretty good, but there were some areas that could use improvement. First off, the heating and air conditioning in the room were a bit finicky. It felt like the room was always either too hot or too cold, and we had a hard time finding that perfect temperature. the garden furniture outside was a nice touch. It was great to be able to sit outside and relax while enjoying the fresh air. One thing that was a bit disappointing was the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room. As a big fan of hot beverages, it would have been nice to have the option to make a cup of tea or coffee whenever we wanted. The sink in the bathroom was clean and functional, which was a plus. we found the free toiletries provided to be a bit lacking in quality. The AM/FM alarm clock in the room was a nice addition, but we had some trouble setting the alarm correctly, so we missed our wake-up call one morning. The flat-screen TV was a good size and had a decent selection of channels, which was nice for relaxing in the evenings. The carpeted floor in the room felt a bit damp, which was a bit uncomfortable. It might be worth looking into addressing any issues with dampness in the rooms to improve the experience. We also found the laundry facilities to be convenient, especially when traveling with kids and needing to wash clothes during our stay. While the welcome drink was a nice gesture, we did encounter some issues with the speed of service at the bar. It took quite a while to get our drinks, which was a bit frustrating. Cartoon Network has some great features, such as the outdoor garden furniture and convenient laundry facilities.

Enjoyed the indoor pool, waterslide, and outdoor pool. Cartoon Kitchen served a decent meal. The entertainment staff was a fun addition.

Found a few extra guests in the room, waited ages for simple food, and interacted mainly with baby-faced staff.
